Cassondra is an invited expert to the W3C CSS Working Group and a design systems engineer with over a decade of experience building enterprise-scale front-end infrastructure. She co-founded PatternFly Elements at Red Hat (adopted by Google, IBM, and Fidelity) and served as Staff Design Engineer on Adobe's Spectrum Design System, where she led the AI Working Group and pioneered workflows that reduced planning overhead by more than 25%.

As an open source leader and conference speaker, Cassondra specializes in the critical space between design and engineering—translating vision into production-ready, accessible code. She contributes to web standards that shape how we build interfaces and brings both cutting-edge technical knowledge and proven enterprise patterns to every project.
